Needs simplifying and making more intuitive We’re switching from Basecamp to Teamwork and the overall software on a desktop is great. Has much better agency protect management features and budget and time tracking features. However, the iOS app really lets them down. It doesn’t feel intuitive in the slightest. It feels like it’s been designed by someone who doesn’t actually need to use it for checking and working on projects on a daily basis. For example, it takes 5 taps / clocks to get to a specific task on a project from the Home Screen. Basecamp is just two. The project main screen on iOS is just a bunch of oversized icons. This could be designed in a much more user friendly way, with maybe latest activity underneath, or project summary underneath including budget. When you tap to go to tasks for example, it doesn’t show you your tasks in one place by default, but instead the lists which you have to then tap into to see the detail. Why not have them all on the one page, with the task lists as headings? Overall, polished design, but UX is really poor and needs some real world use changes and improvements to make it actually usable. No iOS notifications Web app is good but iOS app is half baked. Still no iOS notifications for new tasks or comments to you, have been asking for this for years but just get told they will add to their suggestions list. App not easy to use
