The Theme Paint line includes Exterior Dead Flat Varnish a premium quality, non-yellowing 100% acrylic, water base varnish. It is formulated to have the optimum level of clarity with the least amount of sheen for added protection of Modern Masters Theme Paints as well as other decorative painted surfaces. 85° Gloss – Flat (4-8) Theme Paint is also available as a tintable system (TP20000-series), which includes 3 tint bases and 15 light-fast colorants. Surface Preparation – Follow standard practices and procedures for properly preparing surfaces for the application of traditional water-based acrylic paint.
